The breakfast was fresh with a heavier English option and a lighter continental and croissant, the staff was especially helpful and very responsive.
Some people working there were very rude.

The total stay was very comfortable for 1 night. I had the superior king room, it was silent and huge. The location was great and unbeatable to posh restaraunts and easy for visiting a museum and an opera house minutes from the hotel. Café Woolley Catering co Ltd located 1 km away was a nice surprise.

Came here for 4 days, the hotel was reasonably priced, it had incredible location short walk to the best restaurants, Holborn and underground. Terrific service, though a few employees were very unhelpful. Truly enjoyed our fancy room with a very soft bed and the staff were caring.
